FACT-Finder now available as an iPhone Application
Omikron’s search and navigation solution supports Mobile Commerce
The FACT-Finder search and navigation system, which is already the market leader for European online shops, is now available as an iPhone application as well. Online shops equipped with FACT-Finder error-tolerant search can use the new App even when the shop’s system does not yet support the iPhone.

FACT-Finder provides a template that allows any shop to appear on the iPhone with the desired “Look & Feel” in just three short steps:
- Customise the design (logos, colours, and graphics may be selected as desired).
- Connect the software to the shop’s payment system.
- Register the application in the App Store. That’s it!
Finds without requiring tedious typing
The FACT-Finder iPhone App makes the dynamic “Suggest” feature available to every iPhone user. Suggest is especially helpful for Mobile Commerce, relieving users from typing long search phrases: as soon as the first few letters are typed, potential matches are displayed in a selectable list. Suggest is self-learning, meaning that the list of suggestions reflects queries actually entered into the shop. Shop operators can migrate FACT-Finder’s concentrated power, out-of-the-box to the iPhone in very short time.
