Give your customers the information they need

The FACT-Finder App offers customers exactly the right amount of information that they need on their iPhone. The App has been optimised for the best possible usability, ensuring a trouble-free shopping environment.

Start searching on page one

The first page allows users to search for products right away. Any typing or spelling errors are handled with ease by the error-tolerant search.

The "Suggest" feature eliminates the need to type extended search terms, which is particularly important for Mobile Commerce: as soon as the first few letters are typed, the App displays a list of potential matches. The appropriate suggestion may then be conveniently selected from the list.

Search results

The list of results is clear and easy to read, and simple to navigate. Tapping on a product causes the corresponding details page to be displayed.

By holding the iPhone on its side, a so-called "coverflow" display (made popular by iTunes) shows product photos for the current search results.

Shopping cart

The desired product can be placed in the customer's shopping cart simply by tapping on the product's price on the details page, and then tapping on "shopping cart".

As a visual aid, the preview image for the selected article "flies" into the shopping cart. This serves as a reminder, reassuring the user that the product really has landed in the cart.

Completing the purchase

The last step is initiated when the customer clicks on "Purchase". The ordering process is conducted exactly according to your specifications.

• Select the payment method (credit card, bank draft, C.O.D., etc.),
• Confirm the purchase with a valid password, and
• Submit the order!

The order is then immediately transmitted to you for processing and shipment.
