Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the sales team and in your role you are responsible for establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships.

Your Tasks:

  • Support of an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Development of long-term customer relationships
  • Consulting, presenting and selling our products and services according to customer needs
  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as consulting, development or service desk to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with agencies and technology partners to strategically develop our clients' businesses
  • Supporting your customers in achieving their e-commerce goals
  • Proposal preparation up to contract negotiations with decision makers
  • Executing sales campaigns on your own responsibility
  • Documentation of all sales activities and customer communication in our CRM system
  • Develop and maintain your own sales pipeline for KPI-based control and prioritization of activities

Your Profile:

  • You have professional experience in similar customer and sales-oriented positions
  • You have a strong customer orientation, enjoy selling products that require intensive consulting, and have strong negotiating skills
  • IT affinity and experience in e-commerce are desirable
  • You have the ability to recognize opportunities and risks at an early stage and to set appropriate priorities
  • You are a team player who is empathetic and reliable
  • Your own initiative and commitment are a matter of course for you
  • You are motivated, persuasive and have a professional appearance
  • You have the will and the willingness to constantly develop yourself and to face new challenges in a rapidly growing industry
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English
  • Swedish language skills are preferred, but not mandatory
