Do you have a certain affinity for the topic of e-commerce and are you no stranger to customer-oriented thinking and acting? Show us what you're made of. As a working student in our Customer Success Team, you'll be right at the front when it comes to maximizing our customers' sales in the long term. You will help our consultants optimize our e-commerce solution, FACT-Finder, for clients.
- You will support our eCommerce experts in advising customers on how to maximize the revenue of online stores in the long term
- You will work as part of a team to develop strategies for special customer requests and special orders
- You create reports, research key figures and customer data and prepare them
- You are a student with a business or IT background
- A solution- and customer-oriented way of thinking
- You are a strong communicator, English is no problem for you
- A structured and process-oriented way of working
- If you are familiar with graphic tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, that's great; if not, no problem
