You are mainly responsible for recruiting, from job postings to conducting interviews. - You advise and accompany our executives along the entire recruiting process from job posting, to conducting interviews, to the final decision
- You actively search for and contact exciting profiles on social networks and expand the pool of interesting candidates
- You like to explore new paths and actively shape the recruiting process in order to constantly increase the number of applicants
- You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a focus on personnel management, and have already gained professional experience in recruiting
- Friendly and engaging communication, as well as an open and professional demeanor
- Networking with people and expanding your existing network bring you joy
- You are familiar with the use of common job platforms and social media
- You are highly motivated to find the right candidates for our company
