04.-05.06.2013, one year after its premiere, the EHI Multichannel Management Congress in Cologne showed consistently high level: high-quality technical presentations and the audience consisting of the Who’s Who of trade and exemplary organizations.
In practically oriented lectures retailers who went online as well as former pure players who have opened bricks and mortar (e.g. the electronics retailer Conrad, the chain store Plus and Sport Scheck) shared their multichannel experiences. Among around 240 participants (41% more participants than in 2012) there were numerous CEOs and Multichannel Decision Makers from B&M and e-commerce. The audience was particularly interested in current multichannel trends and solutions for technical connections of various sales channels.
Our FACT-Finder team exhibited at the EHI Congress as well and presented a new case study on a recently completed multichannel project with Conrad Electronic. The booth visitors were especially interested in topics like localisation, internationalisation, product data quality and technology platforms which can manage huge amount of data.
